Breakfast - 1 piece of bread with cheese
Lunch - Shared these food from Skinny Pizza at Raffles City among the 4 of us, the food was quite nice except that it was a bit too oily.


Teabreak - Shared 1 cup of Gongcha with Sis S and 1 hotdog bun


Dinner - 1 Herbalife shake
Snack - 2 pieces of tibits + 1 piece of chocolate
Activity - 10 rounds of brisk walking + jogging + sprinting
