Breakfast - 2 pcs of bread with kaya & butter + 1 apple + 2 slices of pear + 5 pcs of nuts + 10 pcs of raisins + 1/3 bowl of sunflower seed & raisins
Lunch - 1 bowl of noodle + 1 orange + 1 banana

Dinner - 1 bowl of macaroni soup & mushrooms
Activity - Rest
