Breakfast - 2 pcs of bread with kaya & butter + 300 ml of holick + 2 cubes of kinder blueno
Lunch - 1 bowl of noodles

Dinner - 1/4 bowl of rice with dishes + 1 bowl of soup + 10 raisins + 5 almond nuts + 1 milkshake
Activity - 1 & 1/2 hour of gym
