Lunch - 1 plate of vegetarian rice + 1 ice cream cone + few mouthfuls of cheese cake + 2 pcs of chewing gum



Dinner - 1 Herbalife shake + 2 pcs of CNY cookies + 1 palm size portion of vegetable + 2 pcs of cheese toufu + 1 choco wafer roll
Activity - 1 and 1/2 hour of gym
