Breakfast - 1 pcs of bread with cheese + 1 wafer roll + 1 strip of cuttlefish + 1 pcs of chocolate
Lunch - 1 bowl of noodle soup + 3 pcs of chocolate + 2 pcs of chewing gum

Dinner part 1 - 1 Herbalife shake + 1 wafer roll
Dinner part 2 - 1/2 pcs of fish + 200ml of soya bean milk + 1/2 pcs of char siew bao + 1pcs of chocolate
Went school today, was quite hungry when I reached home, so had some food
Activitiy - 1 hour of swim
Try hard enough and you will definitely get it! I am reading a book call "Love your body", it talks about the concept of eating, my concept works exactly the same as what's on the book. Like I always tell people, just eat what you want, stop defining a list of diet, this cannot that cannot, if you really feel like eating, just eat cause you are hungry! If you don't satisfy that hunger, you will end up eating more later which may led to binging. Just make sure you take note of the portion and calories count will do! But in fact, I don't want to make everyone become a calories freak because it's quite crazy if you tell your friends about calories bla bla bla... Just count it silently in your heart, but please don't skip the food because of high calories, this is not the point. If you are desiring for some high calories food, eat it, just reduce the portion.
