Breakfast - 1 pcs of bread with cheese + 1/2 pcs of 太阳饼 + 2 cubes of chocolate + 1 small pork floss cracker + 3 pcs of twistee
Lunch - 1 bowl of kueh tiao soup + 1/2 cup of coffee + 1/2 pcs of pork floss stick + 1 pcs of dried mango + 1 pcs of dried durian cracker, tasted quite nice, a bit too sweet though

Dinner part 1 - 1 Herbalife shake + 1/2 pcs of sweet potato + 2 pcs of pork floss sticks
Dinner part 2 - 100ml of soya bean milk + 1/2 pcs of fish + 1/2 slice of pineapple + 1/2 cup of milk tea + 1 pcs of cheese toufu with vegetable
Dinner was divided into 2 parts as I went to SCAPE to research for my schoolwork, super CUI, never felt so CUI before.
Activity - 1 hour of aerobics
