Breakfast - 1/4 stick of magnum ice cream + 1 pinch of bread
Lunch - I had an awful lunch today, so saddening and it makes me feel like eating something nice at night, that's bad. Uncle's ban mian moved, I tried the new stall, taste terrible, feel like vomiting when I think of it.
Dinner - Here and there a bit, will control tomorrow. Lose to Win weighing session this sunday! Stress.
Activity - 1 hour of aerobics
