17 August

Breakfast - 300ml soya bean milk

Lunch - Mee sua soup

Dinner - 1 chocolate shake + 100ml of soya milk + 3 pieces of watermelon

I can't wait to eat my lunch, that's why no pictures. ha ha ha

Activity - 1 hour of aerobics at home, wanted to go swim, but raining =S
