18 Oct - My muscles need to rest

Breakfast - 1 piece of bread with half a piece of cheese

Lunch - Vegetarian at Kopitiam, food is quite nice



Dinner - Some home cooked food

Activity - Resting day

Snack - Suddenly feel like drinking milk tea, bought 1 cup and share with sisters

Tiring day, meetings and lotsa homework to complete
