9 oct - super slack

I did nothing much today, slacking around. I'm sure there are days where you feel like doing nothing. Right?

Breakfast - 1/2 cup of soya bean milk

Lunch - Yong tau hu



Dinner - Home cooked black fungus soup, had half a bowl of it, yummy! My favourite

Activity - 1 hour of aerobics
