Brunch - Yong tau hu soup from Koufu



Dinner - Some home cooked food

Activity - I went jogging, I tried something new today. I brisk walk for 30s, jog for 30s and sprint for 30s for 2.4km. This was what the coach at Lose to Win taught us. Was panting and sweating.
