3 Nov - Need healthier food today

Had too much meat yesterday, so need healthier food today. Had vegetarian lunch!

Breakfast - 1 piece of bread with 1/2 piece of cheese

Lunch - Vegetarian lunch at Koufu



Tea break - 1 tiny tiny bao + 1 mouthful of bee hoon + 1 toufu

Dinner - 1/2 piece of cheese bread from 4 leaf + few mouthful of tom yam noodle + 1 piece of chcolate + 2 pieces of sushi

Activity - 1 hour of swim =)
