Was still very bothered and upset about what happened yesterday, but I will be good again in no time.
Breakfast - 150ml of soya bean milk + 1 pcs of bread with cheese + 1 pcs of wafer roll
Lunch - 1 plate of duck noodle, pack 1/3 portion home, 1 M&M peanut chocolate + 1 cube of chocolate
Dinner - 1 Herbalife shake + 1 palm size portion of vegetable + 1 pcs of CNY cookie + 1 cube of chocolate + 1 pcs of M&M peanut choco + 1/2 pcs of sweet potato
Activity - 4km of run, woohoo
